FAQs
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: The area we cover are shown in the maps below.
Dog Walking
We walk in Hampstead Heath, Regents Park and Primrose Hill. We cover Hampstead, Primrose Hill, Chalk Farm, Belsize Park, St Johns Wood, Marylebone, Paddington, Bayswater, Regents Park, Maida Vale, Warwick Avenue and surrounding areas.
Daycare
We cover the majority of Central and NW London.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: We charge £10 per dog for an hours walk. There is a £2 surcharge if you live in the congestion zone to help cover the cost. Daycare is £30 per day and boarding is charged at £40 per night including all walks!
Q: How often do dogs come out to walk with you?
A: All our dogs come out with us 5 days per week (Mon- Fri). This is so we can keep the same groups each day- your dog will walk with the same other dogs at the same time each day, building a great routine. Also, we have a set number of dogs in each group, so it’s important to maintain the same number of dogs per day rather than just adding more and more dogs to a group.
Q: How many dogs are walked together?
A: We believe dogs have more fun if they can play and interact with other dogs while they are out and about. Our groups are kept small and friendly- no more than 6 dogs per group. We walk 2 groups at a time meaning that there is always at least 2 walkers at anyone time to deal with any problems that might occur; we think this is the safest possible way to work and the dogs really love it!
Q: Do you walk dogs off the lead?
A: It depends on what you want- but generally yes! If your dog is a little bit rusty on their recall then we can keep them on a long lead (up to 30 feet long!) and let them run and play in safety!
Q: When are you available to walk my dog?
A: We walk all day, Monday to Friday.
Q: What happens if you are not available to walk my dog for some reason?
A: One of the best things about us is our reliability! Our team are always there to walk the dogs so even if one of goes on holiday, your service isn’t affected!
Q: How do you collect and drop off my dog?
A: We will come and pick up your dog from your home. Clients generally provide us with keys to the house so we can get access to your dog and return them after the walk. We are fully CRB checked and have passed extended Home Office security checks. If you would rather sort some other way of us accessing your dog, this is no problem, we can have a chat about it over the phone or in person!
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes! We have full Public Liability Insurance provided by Ageas.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you have to cancel a walk for some reason, please let us know by 5pm the day before- we understand that things change and we won’t be angry... we promise!
Q: How do I pay for my walks?
A: We invoice at the end of every month and you can either pay via Bank Transfer or by setting up a monthly variable Direct Debit.
Q: What happens in an emergency?
A: We will take details of your dogs vet just in case. We would contact you immediately in an emergency. If it is necessary for your dog to go to a vet, we will take them to either their own vets or the closest surgery depending on the situation.
